Save shared files to clouds

Nowadays, many people have developed a habit to save and share files on cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, FTP, MEGA, SugarSync, Flickr, etc. However, when users want to save files from “Shares” to cloud storage, basically, they have to download the files to their devices and re-upload them to cloud services. But between MultCloud users, the middle step can be cut out, for instance, when someone shares a file on Dropbox to someone who uses Google Drive, the Google Drive user can save the shared files directly to his Google Drive service, and that means MultCloud can also be a free file transfer tool!

What can MultCloud help me with?

Online storage or cloud storage has become more and more popular in our life and MultCloud is a cloud manager that allows its users to transfer, copy or manage all your files on different cloud services from one single Web interface. It can cut out the step of downloading from one cloud and re-uploading to another. As for “Shares”, the same. Basically, Your friends or your workmates may share files or folders to you on cloud services like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, etc. For instance, one of your friends shares a folder on Dropbox, and you want to transfer the shared folder to your Google Drive. If both of you are users of MultCloud, you can copy the folder shared by your friend on Dropbox directly to your Google Drive storage.

How to transfer a shared file directly to cloud?

Free registration in MultCloud

Use your preferred E-mail to create an account on MultCloud and confirm the registration message sent to your e-mail to log in.

Select the cloud service you wish to add

Click on “Add Cloud” and select the cloud storage service you wish to add. For instance, select Dropbox to add connector to MultCloud. Click on “Add Dropbox” to move on.

Set up your cloud service connector to MultCloud

Click on “Sign in” to add your cloud storage service connector to MultCloud.
Tips: MultCloud will NOT store users’ file permanently. When the transfer of data is complete, the data will be deleted from MultCloud database.

Copy shared files to my google drive

Open the shared link and click on the file. Select the option --- “Save to Cloud”. In this tutorial we try on Google Drive. Click on “OK” and the file will be transferred to Google Drive.
