Cloud to cloud backup

MultCloud enables users to backup or sync between clouds through a windows-type service, and most importantly, MultCloud has provided users a function to schedule their cloud sync task, which means that cloud backup between cloud storage services can be automatically done at the programmed time set by users. And when it’s only needed to backup a certain type of files from one cloud to another, users of MultCloud can simply enter the extensions of those files and the system will automatically identify and transfer them.

What can MultCloud help me with?

Online storage is an integral part of life now, but with so many cloud storage services with different features, you might have many different cloud storage services to fulfill all your needs. For instance, many people have accounts of both Google drive and Dropbox, so it can be really annoying when you want a cloud backup between these two different cloud services. Usually, you have to download files from Dropbox to your device and then re-upload them to Google Drive. Now, with MultCloud---a free multiple cloud manager, you can simply set up a sync task to sync Dropbox with Google Drive. And once a cloud to cloud backup started, the sync task will be running in the backgroud, which means that the transfer is still running even when your device is powered off.

How to sync/backup data across clouds

Free registration in MultCloud

Use your preferred E-mail to create an account on MultCloud and confirm the registration message sent to your e-mail to log in.

Select the cloud service you wish to add

Click on “Add Cloud” and select the cloud storage service you wish to add. For instance, select Dropbox to add connector to MultCloud. Click on “Add Dropbox” to move on.

Set up your cloud service connector to MultCloud

Click on “Sign in” to add your cloud storage service connector to MultCloud.
Tips: MultCloud will NOT store users’ file permanently. When the transfer of data is complete, the data will be deleted from MultCloud database.

Set up cloud copy option

Click on the “Cloud Transfer” tab and select the clouds you want to transfer. For instance, you can copy files between cloud services like Dropbox and Google Drive in this interface. Click on “Options” and save your set-up.

Cloud to cloud backup

Click on “Transfer Now” and all your files in Dropbox will be copied to Google Drive. That’s one of the ways to backup or sync clouds in MultCloud.
